Honeymancer Incantor AP Opener

This is a straightforward board where Ziggs holds your AP items. If you’re carrying Cassiopeia instead, swap out Bees and aim to add 4 Witchcraft with an early Neeko for optimal synergy.
Cassiopeia can hold your Ryze items or any of your second carry items (Kalista included).

Transition Potential: This composition plays well into final boards that include units like Ryze, Incantor Reroll, Bee Reroll, Karma, and Nami.

Honeymancer Hunter AD Opener

This is another straightforward variation of the Honeymancer opener where Kog\’maw, twitch and warwick hold your AD items.

Transition Potential: This composition serves as a good transition into heavy AD boards like bruiser Olaf, Varus, Kalista, and Warriors (Akali / Nilah – Fiora / Varus ).

This composition offers a variety of excellent item holders, but its main challenge is the lack of a solid frontline, as both tanks are more utility-based. That\’s why Wukong is the ideal unit to include when you reach level 6 or 7, providing much-needed durability.

Transition Potential: This setup can smoothly transition into comps featuring Gwen, Nami, Ryze, Karma, Kalista, Varus, or Jinx Reroll.

Frost Opener

This composition works well with an early Hwei, but Bard isn\’t a necessity—he\’s more of a natural progression. Until you find him, you can focus on building a stronger frontline. Additionally, this comp benefits from having an early Wukong to bolster your frontline.

Transition Potential: This setup can easily transition into builds featuring Olaf, Warriors, Karma, Ryze, Hwei Reroll, Nami, or Sugarcraft.

Shapeshifter Dragon Opener

Hitting an early 3-cost Shapeshifter like Neeko or Swain allows you to establish a very durable frontline, which can support a variety of backline compositions. Hunters is a strong option, but you can also pivot into setups like 3 Eldritch or 3 Portal, depending on what the game gives you.

If you\’re carrying Twitch, consider adding a Frost unit at level 7 to further enhance your composition.

Transition Potential: This setup transitions smoothly into comps featuring Olaf, Varus, Kalista, or Warriors.

Flex Opener Eldritch / Portal

Portal and Eldritch are the strongest early game traits right now, offering great synergy and power that scale with unit levels. To maximize their effectiveness, it\’s crucial to ensure you have upgraded units on the board.

Keep in mind that this is a level 7 composition, so your unit choices should be based on the overall strategy rather than who’s holding the items. For example, don’t force Jax into the comp unless you’re committed to running Multistriker.

Transition Potential: This setup can transition well into comps featuring Warriors, Kalista, Ashe Reroll, Portal, or Nilah Reroll.
